Really easy. Just mix a heaped teaspoon with warm water so it’s consistency of ketchup. Paint on with brush provided. Leave on for 30-40 mins. I use dark brown. But if I leave it on for 60 mins - it goes even darker. Your skin will love you for it. No rash. Will darken over the following 12 hours.
