I also like the use of grams in the ingredient measurements because it allows for accuracy. Most of the recipes can be made in a single bowl with a whisk making it so easy! I bought 2 copies. One for me and one for my best friend. We are going to attempt to bake every recipe in this book throughout 2024. She bakes with a toddler so having a simple one bowl recipe will be great. I also want to point out that even though the recipes are simple in method they are not simple in flavour. The book has so many interesting and original cake flavours and combinations, some of which I would never have thought of. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to bake a cake with out all the faff of getting out a mixer.
