We have "Grandma Camp" every year, and part of the fun includes tie dying T-shirts This kit made tie dying so much more fun! There were so many color choices and the grandkids had a great time creating all sorts of different designs. It was so much easier to control where the colors went using the included squirt bottles, and clean-up was a breeze. Plus, after dying 8 shirts, we still have plenty left over for next year's grandma camp. This kit has everything you need to complete lots of tie dying projects. My only regret was that I didn't have more things to tie dye because we ended up pouring out the leftover dye that we had mixed. Note: The colors did fade a little with washing. The shirts shown in the first picture are after washing. I soaked them in vinegar water over night and washed them separate from other clothes the first time, but have washed them with our normal wash loads ever since and the colors haven't bled onto any of our other clothes.

Great tye dye kit. The kids loved it. Easy to use. The instructions don't say what temperature water to use to mix the dye. Cold water took forever and tennis elbow to dissolve. We used a little more than warm water and it worked great. The colors are very nice and vibrant. The gloves that come with it are way too big for kids though. We made 11 shirts and 2 onsies with half the dye in the kit. I rinsed the shirts before washing but still had to wash 3 times before they stopped bleeding the dye. Good value and super fun project. The dye will stain clothes and skin so gloves and aprons are a good idea, especially for small children.

This brand of tie dye is the best. This is my 3rd time buying this kit. We make tie dyed shirts on our family beach trip every year. The kids love it. The small bottles make it easier for the little ones to hold and squeeze. Definitely will buy more on the future.

Our extended family all made tie dye shirts at the beach this summer. We ranged in age from 1 to 68. I think the excess of color choices was unnecessary, but still the directions are terrific and the supplies are adequate. Everyone had a great time!

Worked great. The funnel is honestly a must have when getting dye into the bottles. I still suggest cutting a corner of the packet and then using the funnel. The powder does get a lil stuck but it depends on how fast you pour it. Just give it a lil shake. The packaging its self was very satisfying to look at when opened. Colors really pop. The tarp was bigger than expect was a nice addition. Plenty of rubber bands to use. Would recommend using a rubber band to seal the gloves on your hands to avoid them slipping off orgetting dye in them. The guide really helped explain how to do different techniques so if you didnt already know how to do them it explains it. The color labels on the bottles really helps as some colors look very similar. Great for kids and adults, wouldnt recommened doing it inside as it can get messy, but to each their own. Great product in my opinion for the price its listed as.

Made some really beautiful shirts with these. I don't know how well it works without using potash, but I soaked my shirts first this time and colors are strong. Had leftover Walmart brand too and potash even brought out those colors even better than when I didn't presoak in potash.As I said there's very unique colors in the kit. I mixed full strength color (1pk) to the bottle and colors were all excellent.

This is so easy to use and my kids are having a great time with it. There is way more than I expected as far as colors and quantity. We were expecting to make 10 things but there is enough here to make plenty more.

I used this kit and made over 70 shirts for the kids center i work at.Tip: to make the dye stretch use half the packet & when it runs out use the other half. The colors won’t come out vibrant but it makes a cool pastel look.
