Item arrived this evening, I got straight into checking out my ears. I was shocked at the large clump of wax I removed from both the left and right ear. It was very quick and easy to use. I had applied olive oil drops for a couple of days before just to make the wax a little more moist. Thank you so much! I absolutely love this product

Very useful if only to check if you have wax in your ears. Needs to be used with caution. I think some people might just push it in too far and bust their eardrum. But used carefully it’s an amazingly piece of kit. Not sure I would use it for cleaning ears but it good to have.

Pros: Sturdy, well-made product App is easy to install and use Excellent camera quality with clear instructions Quick and seamless connection with my iPhone Very affordable for what it offers Cons: The device heats up fairly quickly during use The built-in light doesn’t reach very deep into the ear I’m giving it 4 stars because of the heating issue, but overall it’s a great tool that does its job well and is much safer than cotton buds. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a better ear-cleaning option.

I bought this product through Amazon. I used it on 2 occasions and after 11 weeks it wouldn't stay connected. After charging the device, it still would not stay connected. It appears that the on button needed to be depressed all of the time which then made it impossible to use. No I would not recommend.

This easy-to-use, inexpensive device revealed that I have major issues with my ears. I got this, because I had a full feeling and pain in my left ear with occasional hammering. With this scope I saw that I have an ear infection as I have severe redness in the ear canal. I also have flaky skin and bleeding in both ears--probably from an autoimmune disorder as I suspect I have Sjogren's syndrome. I'll see an ENT about these findings. I only wish it had a tip for using it as an otoscope instead of a wax remover. One must be very careful with this device as it could potentially be dangerous.
