Fürs Ball handeln perfekt, allerdings zum Shooten nicht so gut geeignet, ich persönlich verliere meinen jumper wenn ich mit dem werfe also würde ich raten nicht all zu oft mit dem zu werfen Aber wie gesagt für alles andere ein perfekter Ball.

Great training tool
If your looking to add strength to your players handle without forcing the weight room on a player, this is a great option, will improve muscles and reaction time with the ball, I have seen a huge improvement from son and his confidence with the ball, his command and overall handle has improved greatly we work this ball into his normal handling workout twice a week for about 20 to 30 mins, I would say more than this may be tough on young players. but well made highly recommend
