Seller unwilling to guide with installation
Seller's response to the request for help in sending or directing to an installation video was equivalent to "No, we can't help you!", saying that the product has detailed instructions, although there's only a slip of paper with very little information, even the technician wasn't able to work with. This is very unprofessional and disappointing. Never would I recommend such a seller.
