It is a tiny package, but it is a protein treatment. I used this after the hard water treatment packages to help restore my hair since it was badly damaged by build up. I'd use this every 6 weeks or so since it is protein and I don't need it often.

I chemically process my hair regularly. I thought I would give this a try. I left it on overnight in a cap. My hair has not looked or felt this good in way too long. The shine is incredible. My comb went through my hair like butter. I highly recommend!
