Q: Is this pump powerful enough to push water up about 5 foot of tubing to water a fodder system?

I am using it in aquaponics and it goes up about 4 feet. I am confident it can do the job you need it for. I have had many pumps and so far this one is quality.

Q: Does anyone know what the amp draw is on this pump?

There is no amp amount on pump, just 40W with 110-120v@ 60Hz. Hope that helps.

Q: What is the outlet thread size? I need to source the larger threaded adapter to connect to 3/4" tubing

20mm thread female. NOT 1/2" NPT so you won't find an adapter in home depot nor lowe's. 20mm is a bit smaller than 1/2" NPT. It looks like it will fit BUT IT WON'T.

Q: Will this fit in a 29 gallon biocube?

An aquarium pump power in gallons per hour should be about 10-15 times the tank size. So a 29 gallon tank should be in the 300-400 gph range.
