Saved me lots of money
Much cheaper than buying straight through ASUS website and significantly cheaper than buying a whole new laptop. Super easy to replace old battery with new one. I have no experience with computers or electronics nor do I have the tools so it was nice that all required tools came with the battery.

ASUS makes this battery in an "A" style and a "B"... had to return
I can't speak to the quality since it didn't fit to begin with. There are subtle differences between this style and the one I needed, so I had to return this one.

Wrong specifications. "24/7 email support" but no email address provided
I ordered this to replace a dying laptop battery. After taking apart the laptop, I realized that the battery clearly would not fit. I double-checked the laptop model and specifications (UX430U) and what I had ordered. It still lists that it is compatible with UX430U but is clearly a different shape/size.Unfortunately, I was out of the country and now it's past the return window so I'm forced to eat the $50 cost.

Don't waste your time
The battery I was sent wasn't even close to what was advertised. There were no mounting holes and the specs didn't match. Do not order.
