Pros: Dissolvable tablets (great if you can’t swallow large pills) Includes calcium citrate, Vitamin D3, and magnesium Berry flavor is pleasant and not overly chalky Designed specifically for bariatric patients Easy to take on schedule throughout the day Considerations: You do have to take multiple tablets per day to meet calcium requirements Flavor is good, but still has a slight vitamin taste Best For: Bariatric patients, anyone who has trouble swallowing pills, and people who need calcium citrate instead of calcium carbonate. Final Verdict: These are a great option for bariatric patients who need calcium supplements but can’t tolerate large pills. The dissolvable format and flavor make them much easier to stay consistent with.

I needed some easy to swallow calcium tablets. I did not want to take more capsule form pills, I found these dissolving tablets which I'm so grateful for. They just melt in your mouth and taste great to. I will continue to buy these, great product.

A high quality calcium supplement that isn't ungodly expensive. It tastes great, it is a little chalky similar to an antacid. It dissolves in the mouth easily and does not leave product stuck in the teeth. I recommend this brand not only for RNY, but for women going through menopause. Does not upset the stomach.

I've used this brand for awhile now. It's good tasting and dissolves quickly.

8/18/24 Addendum Review After 3rd purchase: no longer has the same sweet fruity taste. Now just have a plain chalk taste, something changed. I don't like it now. The company need to know 😕. 😞 Now I have to find something else. Review After 1st Purchase: After Gastric bypass surgery these are excellent to take, ease of use because you don't need water to take them. These vitamins have a powdery consistency, but it tastes just like a candy that I used to have when I was a child it does not have a horrible smell either. the size of it is not bad because as you suck on them they basically melt in your mouth. I love Barimelts vitamins, all of them. A few do break up in bottom of bottle but that doesn't really bother me. it's benefit versus risk. There are benefits in taking a vitamin that I like the taste of, I don't worry about a few of them chipping off, I really don't. I prefer this over having to swallow large vitamin capsules or swallowing pills at all.
