Review: Formidable - I bought this to run power to a few accessories in the engine bay. Turns out to be a nice little unit. Shell is high quality and seals are tight. Comes with mounting feet but they are not attached so you don't have to use their mounting system. The 4 guage wire with my unit was a little over 2 feet long and is copper, not CCA. One end of the wire has the pre-installed connector shown in the picture, however doesn't include a connector for the other end so plan for that. If you need a power block or bus bar for your accessories, it will be difficult to find one better than this for the money.

The included power feed wire is very thick, like 4ga I think? The only issue I had is that I am only running 8ga so the sealing gasket isn't snug. I will have to wrap my wire in tape at the sealing point to make it thicker.

I bought this to run power to a few accessories in the engine bay. Turns out to be a nice little unit. Shell is high quality and seals are tight. Comes with mounting feet but they are not attached so you don't have to use their mounting system. The 4 guage wire with my unit was a little over 2 feet long and is copper, not CCA. One end of the wire has the pre-installed connector shown in the picture, however doesn't include a connector for the other end so plan for that. If you need a power block or bus bar for your accessories, it will be difficult to find one better than this for the money.

I struggled to find components that were truly waterproof and this did the trick. It's bomber and well built. The included power feed wire is very thick, like 4ga I think? The only issue I had is that I am only running 8ga so the sealing gasket isn't snug. I will have to wrap my wire in tape at the sealing point to make it thicker.

I like the product but I did not think it was going to be as hard as it was I thought running new wire was going to be a bit easier since everything was there how it went together was nice it gave me extra room to run lights and other things that I needed relays and fuses for it is mounted underneath my truck so far there has not been any leaks but everything always come in time so if it changes I will let you know but so far it has been a good little tool.
