BUYERS BEWARE: I was generally excited to be receiving my crochet braid because I had a wedding to attend tomorrow. When I received my crochet braids I realized there were a little small but I did not think too much of it. So then I started to install the hair and once i got down to my 5 out 6 bags that I ordered that my head was half unfinished. It states on the site that a full head of hair is about 6 Packs, which is what I ordered. So I go back to the site and realized that they sent me the wrong hair. I contact this seller and she was rude and disrespectful and not helpful at all. I sent her the picture and tried to make it seem like it was my fault for her incompetence because she sent me the wrong hair. She pretty much told me that there was nothing that she could do and that they were out of stock. I contacted Amazon and they gave me a refund, and after spoke with Amazon the seller wants to email me stating that she could help me right after she told me she told me prior that she was out of stockThe customer is right.

I love the hair!! Plan on ordering more. Nice shiny and doesn't require a lot of maintenance. Shipping was great and came on time :)

This was good hair. This was a better price than my local beauty supply store. I took it out to wash my hair and was able to use it a second time. This was the right amount of hair. I used 5+ packs for the first time. For the second install I was able to reuse the hair and refresh it with the extras from the first install by using the newer hair upfront and putting the rest in the back. Worked out well. I would buy again. I wish I could specify the colors exactly so I could get one highlight color or have some that have the OMBRE look or color blends in each dread.

I ordered this hair because I want to treat myself before giving birth in December, and get my hair done. It looks lovely, smells as synthetic hair does, and the hair is packaged well. It is as described and is soft to the touch but not too soft. The only reason I’m giving it four instead of five is the fact the hair itself came folded up in half and shoved in a postage bag. I have it unfolded in hopes it won’t crease the hair too much but it’s sort of creased right now. Other than that, I am happy with my purchase! The item shipped very quickly.

Love the color and texture of the hair. What I am concerned about is after install I noticed several ends of the locs have started to unravel, I hope this won’t continue and interfere with how long I can keep it installed.
