One of the power pins on the coaster isn’t spring loaded anymore. The mug is s months old. The mug quality is great but how to charge it without a coaster charger? It’s just an expensive mug

This product is good with premium feel. But it is not practical at all. A couple of uses and then you will get bored with it. A waste of money for a useless gadget to be honest.

The mug charger stopped working after five months. I can’t charge it does not have any warranty

It doesn't heat I keep it at 62.5 Celsius always, if you are in a cold room where the room temperature fights the heater. I sit in a cold room to keep my pc equipments at low temperature. The mug doesn't even heat to the temperature that I want. It's not hot it's just warm. Price/expectations=Not worth it at all don't fall for the reviews it doesn't heat a lot just keep your stuff warm.

The battery life is horrible. It can not hold charge for more than 30 minutes. It beats the purpose actually.

For attention of anyone purchasing similar product. The cover was missing upon delivery and also insidea layer to hold the mug in position was clearly missing. Simple way I understood it was from watching unboxing video on YouTube to see how a new package looks like. Hard product so far looks undamaged and usable

Ember temperature controlled mug almost killed my brother and his family. The battery exploded and started a fire. If not for the family dog waking everyone up who knows what could have happened. Do not buy this product it is extremely dangerous.

Trust me don’t buy it it’s waste of your money

The first unit would not heat up above 120 although the internal indicator showed 145. Finally found out the problem. The lady of the house drinks a variety of teas, many of which have solid matter such as apple squares in them. These sit on the bottom and interfere with the heating process. The upper liquid is much cooler than the lower level. She has given up on the cup and now I use it for conventional coffee and tea. It works so well. It is so pleasant to find the coffee, at the best possible temperature, an hour after filling the cup. The cup is expensive, but such a delight to use.

EDIT: I still love this cup. But, in the year I had it, the coaster was replaced twice because the pins kept getting stuck and didn’t connect to the base of the cup to charge. I was careful not to make the coaster wet and this still happened. After the third time the coaster pins got stuck the whole thing went into the bin. I didn’t want to keep replacing this coaster every few months. I always have a tea on the go and this is awesome. It connects without a problem to the app on my iPhone. I have the temperature set to 55c and my tea is mostly always good. I say “mostly” because if I leave it too long, a skin forms on the top of the tea. This normally takes an hour or so to happen, so is probably not an issue for normal use. I get lost in my work and can forget about my hot cup of tea. I also like to drink herbal teas. I use a tea infuser with ginger and lemon. I’m able to pop the infuser in my cup and leet it steep for 15-20 mins before drinking and it’s a perfect temperature. I can’t speak highly enough about this mug, I absolutely love it. There is one negative and that is the tea stains, but I suppose that’s probably due to not washing my cup between cups of tea through the day. So, I suppose this is the o be expected? The stains do come out with a bit of elbow grease and some dish soap, so not a deal breaker by any means.
