Best pan I ever had, don't bend with heat, super good quality. GO FOR IT

easy cooking
The pan heats evenly and clean up is a breeze. I haven't mastered a sear on them but that might not be their strong suit, depending on the juices that leave the meat. If I want that specifically, I would probably use my cast iron.

Great pans
I like that it does not warp with use and the nonstick surface lasts a very long time. This is our second set. The first one lasted for almost 3 years.
