Do both units have the license plate lens or just one?

I am afraid that i did not use these light fittings since they were far too large for the car that I was restoring. They have been sold on. But from memory, there were no 'side outlets' so as to give any light which cold be used for a number plate. Just Rear lights, Brake lights, and indicators
