Super General will not provide warranty
I bought this in August, it broke in May. I called Super General customer support and asked for them to fix it, as it is under warranty. Super General customer support told me they couldn't repair it, as they don't repair ice makers. They then told me to call a Super General show room. I called the show room and they said that they only provide spare parts, and I'd need to get customer support to repair it. I called customer support again, and this time they told me just to take the unit to the show room and they'd fix it there. Clearly they're just giving me the run around and everyone just wants to pass the problem onto someone else.Buyer Beware, it will break and they won't help you repair it.
