Great, but
One of my favorite tools to use in the PT clinic so I was happy to find it online at a great price . Unfortunately this one arrived with glue gunk all over. Will be returning and purchasing another in hopes to have better luck with the next one UPDATE: purchased another one and had the same problem. Product also does not include the holder as shown in the picture. Very disappointed

It's great! I wish I didn't wait so long to get! I have TMJ extremely bad and this calmed it so much faster than ice packs because I could actually pull at the muscle.
