Heavy and even baking.

Love it!
Easy to clean, non stick, beautiful feel and color. Good in baking and sometimes just putting something in to heat it up. Fits in my small breville toaster oven (which is where I mostly use it)

Perfect pan!
I used this pan to make Molly Yeh’s lemon almond cake with cranberry glaze and it was perfect! The cake cake right out and was so easy to clean! I plan to get another to make layer cakes.

Excellent pans
I used my pans today to make a hummingbird cake. They are everything they say they are. One of the things I like about the pans is the oxo logo on the bottom of the pan. It is exactly in the middle of the pan making it very easy to measure from the center when cutting out parchment paper inserts. No stick,,, great product

Good Pan
This was bought as a bridal shower gift, so I didn't get to use it myself. However, it was very heavy and seemed to be very sturdy and well worth the money. I can comment on how well it did or did not bake.

Most reliable bakeware.
This brand is the sturdiest brand we ever owned or known there to be. Super easy to clean and does not stick. Just don’t let them sit in sitting water though in the sink as we have noticed a very small amount it’s spot from it but easily repaired it.

Sturdy
Love the quality of this cake pan. It is hand wash recommended. It would buy it again.

This novice baker likes them.
I am a relatively novice baker, and don't have a lot of ground for comparison, except for against really old, scratched up, el cheapo pans. So I really like these a lot. I expect that with reasonable care, these will outlive me.I have only used these pans once (I have two). What I found was:- My oven is abysmally bad- These do seem to magnify cooking issues, like hot spots in the oven. My bad oven was made worse by pans that heat well and hold the heat. Surprise! Not the fault of the pan, of course. So, for me, a bit of a learning curve in adjusting to how these pan cook when faced with Dante's 5th ring of Hell.- Even with greased and floured pan, and "non-stick" coating, my stuff sticks. Like others, parchment paper in the bottom next time around. I have found this to be true with the other OXO pans I bought, too. The bumpy surface on the bottom seems to grip stuff.I recently bought a Breville Smart Oven Pro, and I am looking forward to trying these pans in it. It lacks the problems with thermodynamics of my full size over, and initial baking results for other pans has been good. So I expect to see good results from use in my Breville. These are nice pans. I will be interested to get a couple of USA Pans and see how they compare. So far I am quite happy with these.
