Peach Flavoring
I use this to flavor ice cream. It has a really good peach smell but I do wish it had a more peach flavor.

Good quality just kinda expensive for what you get.
Honest opinion the taste kinda gets lost in the dishes you make but the product itself is great quality just 4/5 stars because of the price.

Where the peach????
I run a bakery, and I was hoping to use this peach extract for one of my new products. We already use orange extract, lemon extract, almond extract etc , so I was expecting the same sort of bursting flavor and strength as I’m used to in my other extracts. However, this is just not it. First, we opened the bottle and yes, it smells peachy but kind of a strange tingly version almost like a hair care product. I don’t know how else to describe it. We tasted the extract right from the bottle and first of all the texture is really disgusting from the propylene glycol. Second of all, we stared at each other and realized neither of us really tasted any peach. You mostly just noticed a little bit of acidity from the citric acid. Next, we mix it into a couple beverages at a nice strong amount like an eighth of a teaspoon of the extract to 2 tablespoons of liquid and again… No peach flavor. Only if you really thought about it and knew it was there could you taste the tiniest hint of peach. You will need to use such an enormous quantity of this to get any flavor and by that point, the other ingredients are too gross to use at such a high concentration. It calls itself a natural peach extract, and yet the only thing natural is “natural flavors“. The water, propylene glycol, and ethyl alcohol are mixed in a very strange suspension that somewhere between the texture of saliva and oil. You are unable to return this because it’s a food product, but I still reached out to Amazon and got a refund because it’s completely unusable and I intend to dispose of it and find a better source.

Delicious peach flavor
This peach extract is perfect for making peach iced tea! Just 5-6 drops in a glass with tea and it tastes like the south. Haven’t tried it in any other recipes because I bought it specifically for tea but the flavor is spot on so I’m sure it would be good to enhance peach flavor in anything.
