Gentle relief that’s actually gentle!
I swear by these now. Usually when I take a laxative I’m prepared to dedicate the whole day to them because I know the effects are going to be ongoing but not these! This is the only laxative marketed as “gentle relief” that actually provided GENTLE relief and worked quickly (15mins-1 hour). No cramping, no nausea and no residual side effects or even diarrhea. Just regular bowel movements but softened. I love that it comes with plenty in the pack! But beware they can melt due to their consistency so please store them in a cool dry place.

Didn’t give me diarrhea, was able to pass
Normally do not have that problem but two the medications that were prescribed. I went completely the other direction with my bowel movement stop taking the medicine took a couple weeks to get back to normal.
