A mechanical tool pencil
The Rotring 600: a classic mechanical pencil now made in Japan! Similar to the original, a pleasure to write or draw! Not shirt pocket friendly though! A quality writing tool that you will use for many years. Be careful not to drop it, as the nib is very fragile.

Tenia uno como este durante mi tiempo de estudiante en la universidad alla por los 90s. Era solido, preciso, bien diseñado y duradero. Lamentablemente a alguien le gusto tambien y un dia me desapercio. Un dia me acorde de esta pieza, mire en Amazon y Voila! Alli estaba. Dude entre el negro o el metalico, pero al final me decante por el mismo que tenia. Para mi es el mejor portaminas posible, perfecto. Lo tengo en mi lista para posible regalo, a un ingeniero o arquitecto seguro que le encata...

Enfin un portemine agréable en main, dont les mines tiennent bien en place, écrivent bien, ne se cassent pas, et se remplacent pour un prix dérisoire. C'est le jour et la nuit par rapport à mes anciens porte-mines jetables. Un choix que je recommande tant pour la qualité que pour le portefeuille et pour la planète.

My new favourite pencil
This pencil feels really solid, and the matt finish and the grip feel great. It's the same basic design and build quality as my rOtring rapid PRO which I've had for 15 years, but slimmer and shorter. At first I thought it must be lighter as well, but in fact it's nearly the same (my scales measure 22g vs 23g for the rapid PRO). I think it's because the weight distribution is better, being less back-heavy, so it doesn't feel like it's going to tip backwards out of your fingers. If money was no object, I'd replace all our mechanical pencils with this one.
