Q: how many macarons fit on each layer? I want to ombre the colors but need to know how many will fit on each level.

I didn't count each layer, but total fit is 185-190, not more. Unless you bake micro size😅 standard size 185-190 max.

Q: What do you mean by it doesn’t come with a support stand? Does that mean it’s not stable?

The bottom tier is base on can be put directly on table so is stable. I used 5 tiers and placed on cake stand.
