It says phrases but mine doesn’t.

Mine doesn’t play music either.

What is the seat height?

I am not really sure, it was a gift that I had shipped to my Nephew. However the item is very small and not worth the cost!

Can you see the item when it is delivered?

The item is delivered in a large box. So, no you can't see it until the box is opened. It's fully assembled except for the black handle at the back that the child can hold to. My grandson (10 months old) loves it, to ride and to push.
