I bought this product because my scalp felt a little itchy but, I've never actually had dandruff. Also, my hair was sort of limp and never felt clean.I think I had a massive build up of other hair products just weighing down my hair.I HATE the smell of tea tree oil, but I took a chance on this product anyway.The smell is light and just smells clean.After washing my hair, I decided not to condition it, just using the Neutrogena product.My hair felt so soft and clean! The tangles and damage we much better.It moisturize my hair enough that it was easy to comb thru.When my hair dried, it was so soft and felt clean for the first time in a long time!My hair feels light again, some of the curl in my hair is back!No itchiness.I'm hooked on this product and just can't say enough good things about it.

I don't have dandruff but have had an irritated, itchy scalp for years and haven't found a solution until now. I've used lots of different tea tree and other shampoos and nothing worked, but after a few weeks using this one I'm very pleased with the results. No itch and while the redness is still there, it's a vast improvement. Love the pleasant, mild smell and the way it leaves my hair, so I bought the conditioner too.

I’ve used the blue Neutrogena shampoo for years which helped greatly with my dandruff. I decided to give this one a try after the store didn’t have the blue one, and I can’t express how much better this one has been for me. I feel it’s been much healthier for my scalp/skin. My hair has not only been softer but even less oily after 24-48 hours of washing. It feels great and refreshing and I don’t feel guilty about using it often.

I thought I had dandruff because I had a ton of buildup and flakes so I was using head and shoulders but it was just making it worse and worse. Tossed the head and shoulders and after browsing on Amazon for awhile decided to try this shampoo. With one wash it got rid of 90% of my flakes and buildup and my hair and scalp finally felt clean and refreshed. It has a silky lather with a faint sweet mint smell, not overpowering at all. If you think you have dandruff and dandruff shampoo is making it worse you might not have dandruff which is actually a kind of fungus you probably just have dry scalp like I do. Try this instead. This is a great product. I'd give it 5 stars. My hair and scalp do very well with this and the accompanying conditioner. I can no longer find it in a store, thus the Amazon order. However, the extreme carelessness of the box packers is astonishing. The screw top lids, on a bottle of liquid, were not secured. So they leaked. Imagine that. The bottles of conditioner, same style lids, came with long sticky tapes over the lids to hold them securely. No leaks there. Carelessness plain and simple. For a $10 bottle of product, I really would expect better service. Guess I won't be ordering this again. 😕

This shampoo saved my scalp!!! I have psoriasis, diagnosed by a doctor, and I tried so many prescription shampoos and oils and creams for my scalp. Absolutely nothing works as well as this for me! I still see some flakes, but maybe 1/8 of the flakes I saw before starting this! I love the way it makes my hair feel! It's soft still but clean and silky. Any other shampoo I've tried has made my scalp super itchy but this one doesn't! I rave about this to everyone lol! I have pretty sensitive skin so for y'all that have that issue too, this one is very good for me personally!! I could keep going lol but I'm gonna tell you rn, don't knock it till you try it!!!

I like this. It’s not all that expensive although $9 for a bottle of shampoo is enough to turn your hair grey. However, once you’re over the sticker shock, it’s a good product and smells great. Half the price of the designer crap I was buying previously.
