Natural Magnesium Lotion - Highest Potency - Over 1800 MG per Ounce - 8 oz (Mineral Lotion)

My wife needed this cream due to having low magnesium and after using this product for a couple of months, her magnesium level was restored to normal. Haven't had to use it in a couple of years but just wanted to leave a review on how helpful the cream was. Thank you for your great product.

My daughter read on a facebook forum about magnesium lotion would stop my leg cramps at night so I could sleep better so I bought this one skeptically because it had better ratings than the others. I have not been disappointed one time. I have leg cramps every night and muscle pain in my arms and shoulders always. I can put this lotion on my feet and in 5 minutes my leg cramps are gone. I rub it on my shoulders and arms too and I don't remember when they quit hurting because I'm already asleep. My mother has tried it and love it. My sister has tried it and loved it and my daughter. They are all ordering them some. My daughter has bad menstrual cramps and was visiting when the onset started and rubbed some of this lotion under her belly where her cramps were and they stopped and her pain went away, her menstrual eased up all day and she didn't even have cranky symptoms anymore that day. She said she felt wonderful and started texting all her friends telling them about it. This lotion has NO smell, it is thick and a little bit goes a long way, it is NOT greasy and dries fast. It works super duper fast!!! I absolutely love it and so does all the other women in my family.

I have been using this for 3 years and it works for my restless legs at night. I don’t use it every day but when I need it , it works. Takes about 10-15 minutes and then I fall asleep with no problem. The bottle should be redesigned but i am still happy with the product.

So, I am not familiar with these and this is my first time to try one. However, I have hEDS. I am in constant pain, and my legs cramp continuously. I received this yesterday and applied it to my legs. It was a strange sensation. Some very light tingling started, and about 5 minutes later my calves stopped cramping. I reapplied before going to bed. This lotion is water based and spreads very easily. No smell. I did however have a few small cuts on my hands from playing with the dogs. This cream burns like the devil if you get it in an open wound. If you have abrasions I would strongly suggest avoiding them. I am assuming this is probably normal for all magnesium creams though.Update:Been using this for years now: I have never ever found anything better! I recommend this to everyone I meet. After a long day, working out, or just having restless legs at bed time I put this on and it's such a life saver! Last night I was moving all my stuff from my old property. My legs were so sore I didn't think I was going to be able to walk today. I rubbed this all over them, drifted off, and woke up today feeling a ton better!!! I love this stuff!!

This product is very helpful. I use it almost every night and it’s eliminated my leg cramps. However I do have a suggestion. Either make the product more of a lotion that flows out of the bottle or put it in a more accessible jar and call it a night cream. It’s so difficult to squeeze out of the bottle, I keep it upside down on my dresser and still have to hit it a few times to get it to come out of the bottle. This happens with every bottle! And I don’t use the cap. That is near to impossible to get anything out of. Hope this review is helpful.
