Lost my directions..can I get instructions on use again please?

Go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cuVgrtJbW4w and watch the video, it is very complete. If you live in Utah visit: http://www.syracuseutdentistry.com/special-offers/

Are the molds hard and inflexible or are they soft and flexible after they've been heated, molded to your teeth and cooled?

They are very soft and flexible, but not too much so that they lose shape. It's like a rubber.

I couldn't find ingredients of this product

And you probably won't. Its a peroxide based product and WILL cause irritation if you get it on your gums. But it does work. After 1-2 times my teeth were noticeably whiter

Is this product for adults and kids?

I wouldn’t recommend it for kids due to the gel that can be very sensitive to the gums
