Depending on the reason you need to take the supplement, you might need to consider a different compound of the supplement. Potassium citrate is considered to be the most absorbable form of potassium supplement. I am often cautious when buying supplements online. This will most likely be the potassium supplement I will be loyal to for a long time. So yes, I do love this supplement and give it 5 stars. I have not found any other potassium supplement that I continued to take because it did not feel beneficial. This one makes a difference for me. This supplement is a capsule. It is medium sized. The picture is of the supplement next to a dime in my hand for size comparison. I know many people are concerned with how big supplements are. This supplement is not "small" per se, and is larger than many postassium gluconate supplements with the same mcg dose. I think the effectiveness of potassium citrate compared to potassium gluconate is a good trade off. I would rather take a pill that is much more effective and a little larger than to take a pill that is smaller and less effective.
