The mechanism that locks the arm in position tends to get loose while off-road with a lot of vibration and movement, so the arms starts slwoly going down and get pulled by gravity, but tightening the bolt and taking the arm back to the original position always fixed the issue. Never faced a situation where the camera fell or the suction failed.
