Q: Are these made from 100% organic ingredients?

Natural beeswax & cotton, so they're biodegradable, but no, not organic. Perhaps writing to the company might encourage them to use organic cotton. In any case, they're the most comfortable earplugs I've found.

Q: Are these made of Bees wax? What other ingredients?

It just states “natural wax”. They are individual balls of wax surrounded by a little bit of cotton. I’ve used them for years and love them.

Q: How to keep in place when the wax stays warm/malleable? Switching sleep positions in the night results in the plug moving out of my ear by morning.

I’ve been using these earplugs every night for over 40 years, no others will do. They have to be warm, soft and malleable to tuck into the ear far enough to seal out all sound. They do this to perfection. But I know there may be a learning curve to how to fit them to oneself. They’re big enough to not fall in and get lost, I have never had that happen. But it did happen with some bright orange ones I got in a drugstore once. Make them soft with the warmth of your hand, tuck them far enough in so that they’re comfortable and the world is really silent and they should stay in all night. About once every couple of years one will fall out at night and I go searching through the bed clothes...but that’s been my only tale of woe. (-: Give them a chance, and yourself some time, to figure them out. I can’t live without these precious things. Hope this helps.

Q: Can these be used for swimming?

I have used these earplugs every night for over forty years and they are the ONLY ones that work for noise. I wouldn’t use them for swimming. I’d use the rubbery ones that do very little for noise but repell water. Hope this helps.
