This cream has a very strong smell, so if you don't like a strong menthol scent I would say don't get it. It works pretty quickly for pain relief. I have bad sciatica pain on my left upper thigh and a very sore left leg especially behind my knee. My range of motion is very limited in this leg. After i put the cream on my leg it feels a lot better and my range of motion increases dramatically. It's not a very thick cream. You only have to use a little of it because it's a thinner cream. I would highly recommend it. It worked great for me!

Ok. Honest review here. It worked very well for my type of pain. I’ve read comments about how freezing cold this gets. It’s true. Almost unbearable for some people. BUT. After 30 minutes the freezing sensation evaporates and my type of pain (related to nerves in my lower back that got hurt during a surgery) also evaporated. So beware if you have the type of cramp-like pain, extreme cold might be a bad option for you. However, for damaged nerves around buttocks and lower back this helped a lot. I use it at night and take a shower before going to work. Yes it smells a lot but it works perfect for me, a lot better than other products. I wrap myself with two heavy blankets untilI the freezing sensation dissapeares. I dislike that the product didn’t have a protective film so it arrived spilling. But, would I buy it again? Yes.

I have several different kinds of pain and I am currently going to a pain management clinic trying to get help. I have tried many things over the years in an effort to find something - anything - that would actually work to provide pain relief for chronic migraines, arthritis, degenerative disc disease in my spine, neuropathy, etc. I have tried many topical creams, including creams with 4% lidocaine and one prescribed by my doctor, but I'm always searching for something else that is better. I found this cream on Amazon and decided to try it out. I have been more than pleasantly surprised by how well it works. I mostly use it on my neck (where I recently had a cervical fusion), my lumbar spine, and my hands for the arthritis. I can't tell you how long it lasts because I haven't timed it, but I can tell you that it does help me and it does provide pain relief. In all honesty, it's more efficacious than I expected it to be, so this was a very happy surprise. My husband has psoriatic arthritis and I will be giving him some to try, as well. I would definitely tell you that if you have pain issues, it's worth a try.

We were disappointed that it didn't work as well for my husband as some said it did for them. I added some dmso to it and that helped push it on deeper. It's a good product but what we had been using worked better for his pain

An elderly friend confined to a walker, was complaining about severe knee pains, it was hard finding something that helped I came across this medicine on Amazon and I thought this looks good why not give it a try. She said it really helped alot so I purchased another bottle. So far so good It is difficult helping the elderly, sometimes it seems one thing after another. Though I believe in keep trying if they have the will to live, and not get the give upsies.

I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis about a year ago. The condition is in the left side of my right knee. It came on suddenly and was extremely painful. The doctor injected cortisone in the area that stopped the pain for about a month. Then it returned and i've been limping sometimes badly since. I tried several types of arthritis rubs that worked somewhat initially, but would eventually stop helping. So I would rotate the rubs/cremes I used. The cooling sensation that first happens feels so good. I can walk without a serious limp now! I put it on my lower back for sciatica and have had no pain there in 2 days! I also rub it on my achilles tendons because they hurt but not anymore! If anyone wonders if there is a wonder cream in a jar, get this product! I'm so grateful I ordered it. And I sincerely hope this product will always be available.

It works better for me comparing to other off the shelf creams. If you are working out and suffering from muscle strain or minor injuries this will help big time.Don't be fooled by the image, product is as smaller than your hand palm.

I like that the product is not greasy and doesn’t stain clothing. It works quickly to relieve sore aching muscles. I also have had success treating restless leg syndrome.

I really like the Cream but unfortunately with our weather being so cold it froze in transit and the jar got cracked. Fortunately, I had my previous jar here and transferred the contents of the new jar into the old one. The cream is great and fortunately I didn't lose too much in the bubble wrap that it was packaged in. Once it thawed the cream has the same consistency as the last one & works well. Next time I will try to order it in warmer weather.
