Beautiful glaze! Pro tip: make sure you are at least putting 4-5 layers of this glaze! I had done 3ishhh and it wasn’t enough, the gold needs to be applied thickly in order to go gold.***Might work in ^10 reduction- I’ve only ran one test and it wasn’t thick enough BUT it appeared to be breaking gold in some texture! Will test again and update review

Not gold at all
No matter how I try I cannot get it to turn to any kind of gold resembling color. Fired at the correct cone on bisque, it just turns out gritty black. Very disappointing. I have researched and see that I am not the only one with this problem. I have tried mixing it with other glazes, does not work either. just a frustrating product.

Great for a rustic look
Keep in mind that this is a high fire glaze. I didn't realize that when I bought it but it all worked out well enough. I really like how this makes the pottery seem metal made and aged at the same time.
