I think it works , at least I haven’t gone into v-tach lately! But it doesn’t taste as good as pedialyte powders! Nevertheless less I will use it unless I’m traveling or hiking. And pedialite is less expensive!

I order this three pack about once a month. My nightly ritual is to have 2 tablets and water. This helps me from waking up with cramps, dey mouth, and a massive headache. Even though I drink water throughout the day, I am active and live in the South. It's hard to keep enough fluid in me. This helps replace minerals I have lost and helps give me a little extra going into the night. Maybe it is a placebo. I do not care. I feel better when I use these and that's all that mattersThe lemonade flavor is my least favorite but the 3 pack is a good value and the lemonade isn't that bad. Packages are easy to open.
