one of the better ones out there
id rate it about a 4.2 out of 5. Its dosed at a very effective amount of solid ingredients and priced right. First time ever seeing this company before but ill continue to buy this and also look into what other products are available. You can expect some decent muscle pumps (not crazy but good,) increased vascularity, less muscle fatigue is something I would say this product excels at which in turn helps increase muscle endurance. Don't expect a miracle because that's not possible from a pill but these will help you get better and stronger workouts. I like them

Improved my Circulation
I initially got these to aid my husband with his glucose levels but decided to take them as well. When I took these supplements I noticed that I had much better circulation when running errands etc. My Fitbit normally tells me that my pulse goes up in the 115's when doing normal house chores. Doing some activities, my pulse still went up but returned to normal at a much quicker pace. I’m not out of breath as often before and get a deeper sleep, I also maintain a sleeping pulse of 60's now.I know that the cause of all of these is L-Arginine because I haven’t altered anything else yet. When I was an avid runner, I took this product on a daily basis but I cannot run anymore due to my ankle being prosthetic after shattering horribly. Even though I’m close to my golden years, this product makes me feel as though I’m just in my 20's!

Wasn't sure at first purchase, but it does work!...
(My 1/6/'20 email)Hey Tim,Bob here.I just finished my first bottle of the L-A, and I believe it's working for me!I've been taking it sparingly because I'm on meds since heart surgery in January '19, so I wasn't too sure how it would affect me, but, let me tell you, I'm a hard gainer, and as of a couple of months ago, with even light exercise, I've started to gain a few pounds, which I definitely needed!I'm also feeling stronger, which is another goal, and even with my arthritis, I'm in less pain with my movements! I'm really kinda excited that something is working, and I'm planning on getting on a protein supplement to gain more calories, and creatine to get even more "toned up"!I'm going to apply for the free bottle as soon as I finish this review, as I want to keep this in my system. O,... btw, I'm not in as much joint pain either, and have noticed I'm sleeping better!Good stuff!-Bob-

Good Product Results.
Switched from another brand and I am feeling the difference right away. Glad I made the switch; hopefully this different feeling will keep snowballing and make me want to reorder when the bottles start getting lower. I can see this companies quality in purity and already I am thinking of trying out their Turmeric supplement at least.

May have been beneficial for kidney and aging
It's great- maybe! I've been taking this for a few weeks now. My kidney function has been borderline, as determined by GFR estimates and creatinine levels. Noticed with age it was getting worse. The first GFR measurement after I started taking this supplement went up (good). It was not much, and may not be significant over time, but it didn't get worse. I'm not recommending taking this as a holistic approach to a kidney issue, but for me the addition of this supplement MAY have resulted in beneficial effects. Further, I am and have always been athletic. Getting on in years this combination should be helpful in maintaining muscle and promoting protein production.
