No, it doesnt come. Battery of xp7 cannot remove easily by the screw. The silver piece is for model xp5 back before.

Carlton doesn't understand the difference between an explosive environment (flammable gas(es) or suspended flammable solids) and an explosive device. A device may react to the RFI that any other device could emit. An explosive atmosphere would react to heat or spark above the ignition temperature. The XP family of phones are all rated IP67 or IP68. It is unlikely that an aerosolized solid like grain, wood, or flour would penetrate the device. Further the ignition temperature of such an atmosphere is high enough that if one of the XP phones were that hot, you wouldn't have it in your pocket. An atmosphere with a combustible/flammable/explosive saturation of gas(es) might penetrate the phone (refer to LEL/UEL on the SDS). Especially very small molecules like H2, CH4. Simple ROT: if the chemical ends in -ane and is less complex than octane --- don't. ever. not even with IP69k. If the chemical ends in -ene then IP68. If the chemical ends in -ol -- IP67. Could you carry this phone in a grain elevator (explosive dust environment) without risk? Probably until the safety guy caught you. Could you carry this phone at a petroleum refinery? Probably until the safety guy caught you. If you need an Intrinsically Safe device, check with the safety guy on what make/models have been cleared. A UL listed intrinsically safe device is not permitted by some plants until certified by their internal audit.
