This refill is a cost-effective version to replenish the Mrs. Myers Clean Day Basil hand soap. It is the exact sample soap as the individual pump. I am able to get about 3 refills (depending on the size of my pump) with this one bottle. The soap itself foams up very nicely. Even a single pump (half is plenty) is more than plenty to get a good foam going, making the bottle go even farther and stretching my dollars. It has a clean and fresh scent that is natural and pleasant. It does not leave any greasiness on the hands. It does leave my skin with a fresh scent, feeling clean and smooth, and not at all dry. The bottle itself is a flat rectangular shape that makes it very easy to store and does not take up a lot of space like a round bottle might, making it versatile to store under the limited space of a single sink. The refill bottle itself has a plastic lid that screws on and off. However, the lid has a flip up cover under while there is a hole to squeeze out the soap to refill the pump bottles, which is what we use. The liquid is very smooth and is not at all clumpy or too thick to come out of the bottle. The lid is secure and has never leaked in shipping or while dispensing. The refill goes nicely into other Mrs. Myer's pump bottles or any soap dispensing bottle. I have been a repeat buyer of this item over the years and will continue to be as I have appreciated the soap's consistent quality, texture, appearance, and value.

Good liquid hand soap that is not drying on the hands. Cleans well and has a pleasant light fragrance. Just a little is enough to get the oil off your hands.
