I bought them for a loved one (male) who suffers with sinus headache, sinus pressure, and congestion. He has used over the counter remedies for years that worked well for relieving those symptoms for a full day. I gave him the BHI Sinus Relief Tablets and asked him to give me a detailed report on how they worked for him.The very first day he had to resort to using his over the counter meds by mid-afternoon. He said the BHI Sinus Relief Tablets had done nothing to relieve his headache, pressure, or congestion. I asked him to try them a few days more to give them time to get into his system and do their work. He did.The second, third, and fourth days were the same as the first he said. The BHI Sinus Relief Tablets had no effect on his symptoms at all. After the fifth day with the tablets still not helping him, we decided against using them any longer.These did not help my male loved one. Therefore, I could not, in good conscious, recommend them.I Rate it 2 Stars rather than 1 Star because I did not take/use them myself. My information comes from someone I know personally and I value his opinion.

I highly recommend this for anyone struggling with congestion, it's gentle, brings relief, and will not make your stomach hurt. This is much better over any nasal sprays that are typically recommended.

I have allergies and my wife is prone to sinus problems. This product works!Not knowing anything about Homeopathy I took a quick google and the first few hits all said Homeopathy was scientifically proven NOT to work.Wonder who paid for the studies? Big Pharm?

I bought these as a last resort before calling my doctor again about my sinus congestion that was not clearing after close to a week. I was taking a mixture of decongestants, allergy medication and, mucinex. I bought these along with a humidifier to make sure I didn't dry out too much while sleeping. Who knew that after taking these tablets for three days that all of my congestion is completely gone. I have even gave some to family members who are allergy and sinus sufferers like I am and they claimed to have almost instant relief. Now I purchased some allergy tablets hoping that I can have some relief in that area without all of the drowsiness of the others.
