Disappointed, people were hyping about it. I feel Crest or Colgate are better. It doesn’t have any smell or anything. It feels like you haven’t brush your teeth.

I believe it is overrated product, reality doesn’t match with product description and information

They expired a month after I purchased them.

IMPORTANT ABOUT THIS SPECIFIC TOOTHPASTE: Something vital to mention that most new customers/users do not understand, since Dr. Katz sold the brand to Church & Dwight, is that it is NOT supposed to foam. Before the sale, TheraBreath toothpaste did not contain Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS). SLS negates the potency and efficacy of the active ingredients in TheraBreath products (yes, even the mouthwash everyone now uses due to their commercials and zealous social media campaigns backed by influencers who probably never have bad breath if they brush). I was very surprised to see Church & Dwight reintroducing it into a tried-and-tested formula. Dr. Katz was very adamant about not using SLS with TheraBreath. But, it is what it is. SLS has no benefit in toothpastes. It is included to make you think it is "working" by foaming. So when new users do not experience the foaming, they are trained to think it is not "cleaning" their teeth and mouth; nothing could be further from the truth. Dr. Katz wrote the "Bad Breath Bible" that came with all TheraBreath products in the past, which went into great detail about why SLS was unnecessary, harmful (i.e., canker sores), and actually contributed to bad breath. But now, Church & Dwight has removed all that knowledge (I advise those interested to Google "Dr. Katz's Bad Breath Bible" for the PDF version; you will be surprised). But I digress. I have been a TheraBreath user for over 20 years. It quickly and easily solved a problem I had for much of my life and changed my life (no exaggeration). I only wish I had found it sooner, because I have a lot of bad experiences and memories from before I did. But now Church & Dwight has made the most effective toothpaste in their lineup unavailable in stores and online. So when I saw it available again, and shipped and sold by Amazon, I quickly placed an order, only to find an expiration date of 06-2026 - I received the product on August 14, 2026. Since Amazon shipped and sold it, Amazon physically stored the toothpaste in its warehouse and shipped it from there. The error is 100% Amazon's fault for failing to rotate inventory or check the dates before packing it. So I immediately contacted customer service to get a refund (while most might still use the product, I will not, not only because it is a safety-based breach, but because it would be less effective and I cannot have that). Amazon wanted me to return the toothpaste. Why? So I can return it, and they can send it to another purchaser? Not only that, but I paid $21.87 (with tax), and Amazon CS offered me a partial refund of $12.00, to which I of course refused. Why would I lose $9.87 for an expired product that Amazon should never have sent? I wasted my money, and Amazon refuses to refund it even with pictures provided (which I am also attaching here). A WARNING: If you order this particular (original TheraBreath) toothpaste, the first thing to do is to check the expiration date on the product's crimp. I have a feeling Amazon is unloading expired stock, which is unbelievable. I will keep trying to get my full refund. Until then, take my advice: if you genuinely suffer from chronic bad breath, message Church & Dwight and let them know you do not want the new versions of their toothpaste; SLS causes bad breath in those with halitosis. Bring back the original and make it easy to find. I am giving the product 5 stars, and I am giving Amazon 0 stars for their incompetence.
