I am 5'7 and at the time I started taking these on May 11th, 2020 I weighted 195. I had put on extra pounds since our nation was on lockdown, so I decided to do something about it. Once I started researching healthy supplements to help me along my journey I came across these. So I did a 3-day detox before I started taking these, I started working out four days a week and I cut out a lot of sugars. I take one supplement before breakfast and another one before dinner and as of now May 30th I currently weight 179lbs. I have more energy when playing with my kids I no longer have a mid-day slump, and I have a lot more patience when helping my kids with their school work. I plan on investing in other supplements from this company. With all the new changes I have taken to live a healthy lifestyle these suppments are helping me reach my goals the healthy way!

I took these for 2 weeks. Not only did I not lose any weight even while keeping my carbs to 15/day, my ketostix went DOWN a notch to barely above zero. I think they contain caffeine and wanted to know for sure. I posted a question on Amazon. When I didn't receive an answer, I went directly to the company website. They have no phone number or address listed for them, only an email address. I've emailed them twice and have not received an answer. I also looked on the BBB site. The company doesn't even register. I think it's a sham company. I'm definitely not ingesting anything more made by DACHA, whoever they are, wherever they are. Luckily I have Prime so I'm returning these and the vitamin C I bought from them.

I started the Keto diet about 3 months ago and lost a couple pounds a week until about 5 weeks in. Then no weight loss for 2 weeks. I started researching and ended up finding keto-garden pills. This pills are AMAZING!! They definitely help you achieve your goal faster when following a Keto Diet. I havent been taking them for a long time but they're so effective that by the third day taking them (and obviously following my diet) i dropped 3 pounds.. I have to add that I'm doing fasting and keto but the weigh loss has been so much faster since I started taking this pills!!! From my understanding, diet supplements like this allow your body to burn fat more rapidly along with the cards in your diet. According to my research, our bodies are conditioned to consume carbs for energy and not the fats that we have stored. It also suppresses your appetite because you are getting constant source of energy from burning the fat you have stored in your body. I recommend them 100%

Started Dec. 4th. Took me a couple days to get on taking them the same time every day but got it. After day 5 I realized my extreme (and I mean extreme) sugar cravings were gone. Unreal really! I ate some dark (70%) chocolate and that doesn't even taste good any more and it's my favorite! I know I need to exercise but working 11 hour days 5 days a week makes that difficult. I notice I crave vegetables more for some reason. Right after Christmas I'll start back at the gym. I haven't gotten weighed since I started. I was at 185 on Dec. 4th. 65 year old female, 5'5" and should weigh 135. 150 is an ok weight for me but would love to see 135. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!
