## Questions & Answers

**Q: Been eating these for years.  They are getting noticeably smaller but the calorie count is the same.  How is this possible?**
A: Well calories are not so bad as sugar !!! Sugar wise is bad . I don’t eat those anymore . I stay with protein shakes . But sometimes I eat one sometimes ! But I rather eat protein shake from the brand Orgain chocolate fudge . They have 1 gram of sugar and calories are less 150 . :)
