My skin loves it

yo tenia bastante acné inflamatorio, y asistí a dermatólogos durante toda la adolescencia, el problema es que los farmacos anti acne resecan mucho y la resequedad provoca mas acne por que se lesiona la piel y las glandulas sebaceas secretan mas grasa para proteger a la piel reseca , entonces es un ciclo vicioso, afortunadamente entre a la carrera de medicina y una vez graduado me puse a investigar mas sobre el tema ya que me interesaba mucho debido a que yo lo padecia, intente retinoides e hidratantes pero no encontraba buen balance , o aplicaba mucho hidratante y saturaba las glandulas o aplicaba menos y se resecaba la piel propiciando mas acne, afortunadamente tuve buenos tutores de dermatologia durante la carrera que conocian marcas y decidi provar esta ,la cual resulto bastante bien , puesto que actua de manera efectiva en los poros , y no reseca tanto, lo cual propicia menos acne, aparte de esto, decidi provar el effaclare mat durante el dia y el effaclare h durante la noche y bueno, pues es la combinacion perfecta, cada piel es diferente y necesita tratamientos diferentes, pero me resulta casi imposible de creer que a alguien no le resulte combinando estas 3 cremas, no muchos tienen el presupuesto para esto, eso es lo malo, pero la combinacion es la mas efectiva que encontrado en toda mi vida y en la de los pacientes de mis tutores dermatologosespero les sirva.♦no funciona sin constancia, por ciertopd2: el uso de bloqueador solar protege de lesiones por los daños uv que pueden provocar acne, arrugas, manchas y cancer , por lo que seria otra crema necesaria, la bellaza cuesta dicen por ahi, no tanto como una cirugia plastica si tienes constancia,de nada :)

I had really bad skin on my forehead and saw this cream as it had been recommended in Cosmo, I thought I would give it a go, I used it for 4 days and my skin really did clear up, however I had a reaction to it and my lips swelled and my chin and neck had a rash which lasted 2 days and then my skin turned very peely. Now this cream maybe too strong for my skin and maybe my spots were not ache enough, but it did concern me that I had such a reaction to the product and therefore have stopped using it, which is a real shame as its not a cheap cream. I have since found out my father has had a reaction to the sun creams from the same make. So maybe its something to do with our skin rather than the product. My spots however did clear up practically overnight so I can see that it does work.

My skin has changed a lot over the years, and became an absolute nightmare in my thirties. A combination of dry and oily left me struggling to find a moisturiser that actually worked without making my skin even worse. Finally found this after a review I found online, and am so pleased with it.I'm now onto my fourth tube, and unless my skin changes again, will be sticking with this one.

This is the worst product I've ever used. Within a few days of use it dried out my skin so completely that it began to peel (I only used it on certain spots) and burned through my skin barrier, leaving me with severe post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation scars that I'm still trying to heal after months. I've since had to buy so many more products to heal my skin. Worst than a waste of money and I had such high hopes for la roche posay. If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT BUY.

I’ve found this cream to be the best moisturiser I’ve ever used. I have combination skin, which is also acne-prone, as well as eczema (although I don’t usually get it on my face), and sensitive skin too. I’ve found this cream to reduce shine, keep my face moisturised all day, and it reduces blemishes and scars. Also, it lasts a long time, as a little bit goes a long way. I’ve been using it for many months now and I’m going to continue to buy and use it.
