I thought that I Knew About Tape. That is to say, I've dealt with a lot of different tapes and I thought that I'd seen it all. Well, I was wrong. This tape is going to revolutionize how you employ adhesive products. To me, it appears as though Gorilla as literally Fused it's Tape with it's Epoxy. The result is a tape that goes on, even when surfaces are a bit damp. And then, once applied, it seems to be "normal": But Wait. This tape will "set" and, once it does, you're not going to believe the bond! Don't EVER it use on your Skin....or paper, for that matter...if you think that you'll be removing it. It's not going to come off willingly. So Strong....and of such high quality....you'll never run out of applications for it. I bought two rolls: One for home, and one for the car. Do Not Allow Children to Use the Tape Unsupervised. Not a Toy. Highly Recommend This Product.

After we were caught unaware in the Feb. 2021 deep freeze in south Texas, I decided to upgrade the insulation on all of my exposed pipes. I had never used Gorilla Tape before (I am a long-time user of Gorilla Glue) and I thought it might be good to serve as the outer layer to cover and protect the insulation. And it is. It behaves like duct tape but it adheres better and is more waterproof. It is harder to peel off the roll and that is a GOOD thing. What you have to be careful of is that it sticks to whatever you put it on, and once its stuck its hard (if not impossible) to remove. As I was wrapping my water main inlet I had to get the tape through the narrow space between the pipe and the brick wall, and I let it curl too much and it stuck to the brick. Hard! I have to use my knife to get it off and wrap it all the way around the entire pipe. I am so pleased with it and I'm sure it will still be around those pipes ten years from now.

This came in a two pack, for a great price, not much more than one at our local hardware. It has repaired everything I have tried it with. Gorilla tape is very strong. I will definitely replace it with another roll, or 2 if on sale like last time. A must have around the house.
