Those have a very hard shell. I would not recommend it. Best for other nuts. The cracker works great all around.

Does this work on salty nutz?

Not sure what a SALTY NUTZ is ... But works great on most. From Walnuts to Hazel Nuts. Smaller nuts like a hazel nuts work great as the shell displacement stays within the jaws of the cracker. IMHO ... This is a very good nut cracker. Best

Will it crack peach seeds?

I have no idea if it will crack peach seeds. I'm curious why you are cracking them. :) It is pretty tough--it might, but definitely not advertised to do so.
