Great results for my leg cramps.
I used to get horrible leg cramps multiple times a week while sleeping. Not too long after starting taking these once a day, I have not had issues with cramps and has been many weeks without one. This was the 1st vitamin I have ever taken that has given me real results.

I am taking these to help build bone mass, and so far, seem to be working. I wanted the D3 and K2 together as they are both needed in order for my body to use the calcium I am taking. It is reasonably priced, and I am on my third bottle.
