You need to inhale HARD with these to use them correctly. There's a little thing in the middle that's soaked in the Vicks menthol goodness. If you just breathe normally you get a nice minty smell but that's all. You wanna sniff so hard you hear that thing hit the top of the inhaler and take a deep breath of that. That's what clears you out. A snort of that in each nostril and you're clear for hours.It stings a lot the first few times. You REALLY feel it working.

It's strong as hell. Don't inhale twice in one nostril. I have allergic rhinitis. One nostril is still a little congested, then other one burns like crazy. They both feel intensely mentholated. I'm in tears. I'm going to blow my nose to try to blow some of this out... fingers crossed.Well, now both my nostrils are congested, the right one still burns, but I think the post nasal drip/cough stopped. My skins burns too now, below my nose.Don't do 2 whiffs.

They are perfect for relieving stuffiness. I have a few.

I carry one of these on my car keys wherever I go. It is very convenient and it does not get in the way. It’s always there when I need it. One of these last up to two months if you use it in moderation or as needed.
