I was using this product as a cool pack for pain relief from vulvar varicosities as recommended by my midwife. I have 3 ice packs to rotate so may have used this one a maximum of 6 times since purchase. It has split along the seam during use leaving red gel beads all over the place, not ideal with small children. A shocking price to charge for an inferior product. Do not buy

Absolute must have for pregnancy, I used them hot/warm for pelvic pain during pregnancy and cold for episiotomy aftercare. They can also help breastfeeding mummies suffering from crevasses and other disagreements that can make the experience rather painful. 100% worth the money!

Not at all impressed for the following reasons. 1) they do not remain fully flexible like the gel ones do. They do not get super hard like some gel packs but they are a bit stiff when frozen, somewhat pliable but not like the gel ones. 2) they only stay cold for about 20 minutes max, my previous gel ones would remain cold for hours. 3) I do like the length but they are super thin and not much to them. I use them for migraine headaches; they barely cover the forehead and not much of the neck area. They will do in a pinch, but not worth $10 each ($20 for the pack of 2). A more competitive price would be half the cost. Glad I didn't buy any of this company's other products or else they would all be returned. Still debating whether to return these ones or not.

I just had my second son 4 days ago and these Ice packs have been my saving grace! I wish I had found these for my first pregnancy. I love that they come with the reusable cloth covers and the size is great, they provide great coverage and a comfortable fit. You also can’t beat the price, I was looking into the disposable ice packs and it’s crazy to me that you have to pay $30+ for 6 pads...that would last maybe a day or two! The only thing I could say about these is that I wish they came with more covers since the cover has to be washed and dried after each use (I’ve been hand washing and hanging to dry). It hasn’t been a big inconvenience though, most times a cover is dry when I need it. They may sell covers separately..I’m not sure as I haven’t yet looked into that!Overall it was money well spent and I am super happy with this purchase!

These came this week and I've used them everyday. I'm 34 weeks pregnant with super painful pelvic pain / round ligament pain, and these icepacks are seriously saving my life. They came with 3 washable covers, in a very soft poly fabric that's nice so I can put them directly on my lower belly on the skin. I haven't had my baby yet so I have not used them for the perineal pain, but the size is kinda like an over sized maxi pad and isn't as intimidating as I thought it might be. These also can be used as heat packs, and they give instructions on how to heat them using water. I haven't done that because I like just a plain ol' hotwater bottle for heat and keep both of these as icepacks in my freezer :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS, great product!
