Reduces Food Allergy / Intolerance Symptoms VERY WELL!
This is an overall great product!! I have an allergy to gluten and intolerance to dairy. I take this when I am at a restaurant and don't know if there is gluten or dairy in a meal. I also take this at home when I know there is dairy. It does not reverse the effects of an allergy, but it definitely reduces the symptoms! I believe this is made for intolerances and reducing the effects of allergies (not eliminating). I love that it is made with clean ingredients, and there are no extra flavors or additives. I generally take 1 or 2, depending on how much allergy-food I assume may be in a meal. Sometimes, I will also take one of these with one dairy-intolerance supplement. They are very EASY to swallow. It is a soft capsule and not very big. It does not eliminate ALL symptoms, but it definitely decreases them. Personally, it decreases nausea, stomachache, and nighttime acid reflux. Basically, all of the painful stomach issues are gone! (If I accidentally eat a large amount of gluten, since it's an allergy, I still have some stomach pain, but not as much.) It only decreases some bloating, but I still have that issue. I also still feel tired after eating dairy, even when taking this. I do wish there was a little more lactase to help with some of the lingering symptoms. I buy ONLY this product, now. I also used to buy the individual lactase pills, but now I only purchase this because it works so much better overall. It is extra expensive, which is one downside. However, since it works so well, it is worth the value to me. The bottle and cap work well to get out the capsules. I like the look of the bottle, as well. I debated giving this product a 4 since it does not cover ALL symptoms, but I think it deserves a 5-star because of EVERYTHING else that it does. I DO recommend this product to anyone with a food intolerance or allergy who wants to be extra safe when eating out or eating uncertain foods.

Really works and helps with digestion.

MAY help if you eat something and have issues digesting certain foods. ALWAYS eat fresh if you can.
May help when taken before a meal or if eating something less digestible like Gluten or after a course of antibiotics, until the gut bugs can be fixed, or restored. Eating frozen or fresh veggies is not always possible, these can help, I keep refrigerated to avoid them breaking down, Probably needs to be kept cool and out of direct lights and heat, below 110'F to avoid killing them like cooking can.
