Q: we suspect that this is a counterfeit product as it does not work at all and some of the vials seem to be low and one was empty.

Received same email. My order arrived mid August and all 3 vials have been used on my cats. So, Amazon, just what did my cats get dosed with??? As another customer commented, I ask WHERE IS THE OVERSIGHT? This is seriously unnacceptable. And just by the way, why is my refund for $24.99, but current price ( 3 doses ) is $34.99!?

Each box of Frontline plus has an expiration date listed on it and if you are having trouble reading it, you can call their 1-800 number

Q: What is the difference between frontline plus and frontline tritak? is one more effective than the other for ticks? thanks!

Frontline plus has two main ingredients. Frontline tritak has the same two main ingredients with the addition of a third called Cyphenothrin. Both products are labeled to kill ticks but i'm not sure if one is necessarily better than the other.
