Ozeri ceramic non-stick wok/pans: a lot of 5 star reviews seem to be from shills--just one or a handful of reviews. Anyone else notice this?

While I do agree that sometimes there seems to be suspicious reviews, this product is worth the high rating, wherever the reviews come from. I have had the 12" pan for over 2 years and it gets used almost daily. I don't just use it to fry eggs in, but for many one-pot meals for my wife and I. In fact, the reason I am here looking at these is because I came here to order the 14".

How does it come that my ozeri pan sticks like crazy? I have this pan only for a short time. The first weeks the non-stick properties were stellar. After 2 months of use it sticks like crazy. And this, although the ceramic layer still looks brand-new, not one scratch (I always use wooden spatulas).Neither has it ever …

Do not wash a non stick wok/pam while still hot. Do not use very high heat... Use mild soap and warm water. only when necessary, otherwise just wipe it off. Lastly, if you wash it with soapy water...apply or wipe a little coating of oil to maintain its non-stickiness.

I just bought my pan in April, 2017, and the manufacturer's instructions state that the pan and handle are oven-safe to 356*F.
