I have found that the sublingual, quick-dissolving tabs work the best. I just pop two or three under my tongue, and it helps to calm down the legs. They also have a PM version to help you get to sleep. Great company. I've tried some of their other products, too, like Nerve Tonic, and they work in tandem with each other. Best of all is that they are natural and homeopathic, so no side effects. Big bonus there!

When I told people in Australia about your product on Amazon, they told me it is falsely advertised, and they tried it, and it doesn't work. I have tried to cancel the order three days after the purchase, but Amazon Australia refused on several attempts. Now I have received the product, and I have tried it for three days, but it doesn't work. I think it is a sugar tablet, and Amazon is taking advantage of desperate, vulnerable people. I have thought that Amazon have better standards in customer service and efficiency. Enjoy my $89 dollars I hope it will make you richer.
