No this tape has no adhesive. It will not stick

Does it glow at night?

No. This tape does not glow. It is a very bright pink and it is UV reflective so it glows under blacklight but it doesn't glow on its own.

Can you tear this easily, or does it stretch a lot and distort instead of tearing?

It tears with minimal force and does distort by stretching a bit.

is it rolled on a plastic core instead of cardboard?

No it is rolled on grayish cardboard... NOT white plastic as pictured.
